Nutritional Guidance

Nutrition plays a crucial role in any fitness journey. Along with your training plan, you can receive access to a comprehensive nutritional guide to help you make healthier food choices and optimize your results. 

Regular Check-ins & Feedback 

Consistency is key to success. We will have regular check-ins to track your progress, make necessary adjustments to your program, and ensure you stay motivated and on track. Our 2-way messaging allows you to receive constructive feedback and tips to enhance your performance, which is the accountability you need that produces exceptional results. 
HOW TO GET STARTED

Initial Consultation 
We start with a detailed consultation to understand your fitness goals, medical history and lifestyle. This helps us create a program that is perfectly suited to you. Two forms will be sent to you upon sign up, a 30 minute meeting via phone call will be booked to discuss the assessment forms together. 

Customized Plan Development
Based on your consultation, a personalized fitness and/or nutrition plan will begin to develop. This will include detailed workout routines, dietary recommendations and lifestyle tips to create or break habits.
Implementation & Support
Begin your fitness journey at the touch of your fingers with continuous support. You will have access to workout plans, detailed instructions, progress reviews, a direct line of communication with me for any questions or concerns. 
Progress Tracking & Adjustment
Regular check-ins allow us to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your plan. This ensures that you are always moving towards your goals efficiently and safely.
